Pilates in the Park is a free, welcoming outdoor mat Pilates class designed to help you move, strengthen, stretch and reset in the fresh morning air.Each session focuses on core strength, posture, mobility and mindful movement, combining controlled Pilates exercises with breathwork, gentle stretching and full-body mobility work.Suitable for all fitness levels, this class is the perfect way to start your Sunday feeling strong, lengthened, energised and refreshed.When: every Sunday 7am - 8am

Hi, I’m Hannah, the face behind Pilates in the Park. I’m a passionate Pilates instructor who loves helping people feel stronger, more confident, and more connected to their bodies through movement.
I created Pilates in the Park to bring together everything I love: movement, fresh air, and community. By making the classes free and accessible to everyone, my goal is to create a welcoming space where people can move, connect, and feel good, regardless of their fitness level or experience.
Each class is designed to help you strengthen, stretch, and reset while enjoying the calm and uplifting atmosphere of being outdoors. I wanted to create something that feels like more than just a workout, but a chance to start your morning feeling energised, grounded, and ready for the day ahead.
Pilates in the Park is all about moving with intention, building strength, and creating a positive routine that supports both body and mind. Whether you're looking to improve your strength and mobility, meet like-minded people, or simply enjoy some movement in the fresh air, I'd love to welcome you to a class.
