Hi, I’m Hannah, the face behind Pilates in the Park. I’m a passionate Pilates instructor who loves helping people feel stronger, more confident, and more connected to their bodies through movement.

I created Pilates in the Park to bring together everything I love: movement, fresh air, and community. My goal is to create a welcoming space where everyone feels comfortable, whether you’re brand new to Pilates or already have experience.

Each class is designed to help you strengthen, stretch, and reset, while enjoying the calm and uplifting atmosphere of being outdoors. I wanted to create something that feels more than just a workout, a chance to start your morning feeling energised, grounded, and ready for the day ahead.

Pilates in the Park is all about moving with intention, building strength, and creating a positive routine that supports both body and mind.
